摘要
全面推行幸福河湖建设是深入贯彻党的二十大精神,落实习近平总书记关于“加快建设天蓝、地绿、水秀的美丽河北”和“造福人民的幸福河”重要指示精神的重要举措。从幸福河湖建设背景和意义出发,全面分析南运河幸福河湖建设的主要做法、现阶段成效及存在的问题,可为进一步提高河湖管护水平、建设幸福河湖提供参考。
The comprehensive promotion of the construction of happy rivers and lakes is an important measure to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and to implement the important instructions of the Secretary Xi Jinping on“accelerating the construction of a beautiful Hebei with blue sky,green earth,and beautiful water”and“a happy river for the benefit of the people”.Based on background and significance of building happy rivers,this paper comprehensively introduces the main practices,current results and existing problems in Cangzhou South Canal.This will provide a reference for improving the governance and management system of rivers and lakes,and constructing happy rivers and lakes.
