轨道作业车快速自主转线技术研究与应用

摘要 轨道作业车广泛应用于轨道交通养护维修领域。目前,中大型轨道作业车在不同线路间转移主要通过多次调整道岔开向并配合轨道作业车往复走行实现,效率低、成本高、安全性差。为解决该问题,研发了一套轨道作业车快速自主转线技术,通过具备“双向横向跨步+车体方向调整”功能的一体化自动转线机构实现。提出了轨道作业车自主转线技术方案,设计了机械系统,研究了控制系统关键技术,并成功应用于铁路道岔清扫机器人。应用表明,采用该技术设计的轨道作业车转线自动化、智能化程度高,结构简单、轻便,实施方便,整体工作性能稳定。 Track operation cars are widely used in the field of rail transit maintenance.At present,the shunting of middle and large track operation cars between different lines is mainly realized by multiple adjustments of the switch opening direction combined with reciprocate running of the track operation car with lower efficiency,higher cost and worse safety.To solve this problem,a quick autonomous shunting technology has been developed and realized by an integrated automatic shunting mechanism with the function of“bidirectional transition+carbody direction adjustment”.This article proposes the technical solution for autonomous shunting of track operation cars,designs the mechanical system,studies the key technology of the control system,and successfully applies it to the railway switch cleaning robot.The application shows that the track operation car designed with this technology has a high degree of automation and intelligence,a simple and light structure,convenient operation,and stable working performance on the whole.
