摘要
本文对起重机的技术和日常管理进行了深入探讨,通过对起重机的技术原理和结构进行分析,揭示了其在生产中的重要性和应用价值。以此为基础,本文提出了一种综合管理模式,旨在提高起重机的运行效率和安全性。通过文献调研和实地观察,总结了起重机日常管理的关键要点,包括设备维修、操作人员培训和质量监控等方面。实验证明,采用该管理模式,不仅可以有效降低起重机的故障率,提高施工效率,还能够减少工程事故发生的风险。本研究为起重机的日常管理提供了理论指导和实践经验,对于提升起重机的应用效果具有重要意义。
In this paper,the technology and daily management of crane are deeply discussed,and its importance and application value in production are revealed through the analysis of the technical principle and structure of crane.Based on this,this paper puts forward a comprehensive management mode to improve the efficiency and safety of the crane.Through literature research and field observation,this study summarizes the key points of crane daily management,including equipment maintenance,operator training and quality control.The experiment proves that the management mode proposed in this paper can not only effectively reduce the failure rate of the crane,improve the construction efficiency,but also reduce the risk of engineering accidents.This study provides theoretical guidance and practical experience for the daily management of cranes,and is of great significance for improving the application effect of cranes.
