摘要
基于物流企业与社会责任间的关联性,选取能够代表社会责任的指标因子,设立指标体系,对指标中的变量因子进行定义。以某上市物流企业2019~2023年企业绩效等面板数据作为研究对象,结合各控制变量的信度与中介效应因子构建企业绩效模型,研究企业实际发展情况,考虑在数字转型的大背景下,社会责任对物流企业绩效的具体影响机制,并进行实证研究。研究结果表明,社会责任中的员工保护权益、客户保护权益和环境权益3个变量均对物流企业的绩效存在积极的正向关系,提出加强员工权益保护、提升客户服务质量、积极履行环保责任等建议。
Based on the correlation between logistics enterprises and social responsibility,this paper,selecting indicator factors that can characterize social responsibility,establishes an indicator system.The variable factors in the indicators are defined,and panel data on the enterprise performance of a listed logistics enterprise from 2019 to 2023 are used as the research object,combining the reliability of various control variables and mediating effect factors to construct a corporate performance model and investigate the actual development situation of enterprises.An empirical study is conducted on the specific impact mechanism of social responsibility on logistics enterprise performance in the context of digital transformation.As the study results indicate,the three variables of employee protection rights,customer protection rights,and environmental rights in social responsibility all have a positive influence on the performance of logistics enterprises.In response,proposals are put forward as to further guarantee of employees′rights,improvements of service and positive role in environmental protection.
