摘要
采用聚氨酯作为胶结料,研究聚氨酯混合料的路用性能及大规模应用条件。对聚氨酯混合料的配合比进行设计研究,提出配合比设计时注意要点。对聚氨酯混合料高、低温性能、水稳定性能及抗疲劳性能等进行试验,表明聚氨酯混合料具有优异的路用性能。同时采用聚氨酯混合料铺筑试验路进行路用性能的实体验证,试验路的铺筑成功证明了设计、施工的合理性,后期经过近两年的跟踪检测,试验路运行良好,结果优于类似工程路段。整体分析认为,聚氨酯混合料值得推广与应用。
Polyurethane is used as cementing material to study the pavement performance and large-scale application conditions of polyurethane mixtures.The design of the mixture ratio of the polyurethane mixture is studied,and the points to be noted when designing the mixture ratio are proposed.The polyurethane mixture was tested for high and low temperature performance,water stability performance and anti-fatigue performance,which proved that the polyurethane mixture has very good pavement performance.At the same time,a test road of the polyurethane mixture was used to verify the pavement performance in practical engineering.The test road successfully proved the rationality of design and construction.Follow-up testing in the past nearly two years shows that the test road runs well and the results are better than similar road section.The polyurethane mixture is worthy of promotion and application.
