摘要
针对危险石油化工装置的控制室抗爆问题,分析了控制室的总图布置,采用结合监管规定、标准规范要求、工程实施方面综合分析的方法,结合爆炸冲击波峰值入射超压分析了控制室抗爆的判定办法,总结了抗爆控制室的典型平面布置和电缆进线方法。总结了一种石化装置控制室的抗爆判定原则和典型设计方案,为石化装置抗爆控制室的工程设计提供了参考。
In response to the problem of anti explosion design in the control room of hazardous petrochemical equipment,the overall layout of the control room was analyzed.A comprehensive analysis method combining regulatory regulations,standard specifications,and engineering implementation was adopted,and the determination method of anti explosion in the control room was analyzed based on the peak incident overpressure of explosion shock waves.The typical plane layout and cable entry method of the anti explosion control room were summarized.Summarized the anti explosion judgment principles and typical design schemes of a petrochemical plant control room,providing reference for the engineering design of anti explosion control rooms in petrochemical plants.
