高地应力软弱薄层状千枚岩地层软岩大变形隧道施工技术要点分析

摘要 本文结合天陇铁路先期开工段杜家沟隧道千枚岩软岩大变形隧道当前隧道施工方法、变形规律进行了分析总结,从开挖工法、监控量测预警分级控制、质量控制、工序衔接等各方面对软岩大变形隧道施工安全质量风险控制进行了总结,对高地应力软岩大变形隧道防止初期支护侵限、避免换拱等方面的技术措施进行了分析总结,为同类工程施工提供了经验。 This article analyzes and summarizes the current tunnel construction methods and deformation laws of the Dujiagou Tunnel,a large deformation tunnel in the phyllite soft rock of the Tianlong Railway.It summarizes the safety and quality risk control of the construction of the large deformation tunnel in soft rock from various aspects such as excavation methods,monitoring and measurement warning grading control,quality control,and process connection.The technical measures for preventing initial support intrusion and avoiding arch replacement in high stress soft rock large deformation tunnels are analyzed and summarized,providing experience for similar engineering construction.
