摘要
随着车辆增加,摩托车尾气对城市大气污染影响日益突出。然而,摩托车定期排放检测没有联网,数据易变造,检测质量无法保证。而且,国产和进口摩托车种类多样,转速测量仪和密封接管适用度存在问题。本文提出了基于双怠速法的数据传输的关键技术方案。该技术方案包含了摩托车排放检测流程、分体式排气密封管以及数据传输的全套流程。目前,该技术方案已上海市建设了检测示范线,并实现了数据自动传输和示范应用。该技术为其他城市机动车污染防治提供经验,对排放监管和环境质量提升具有重要支持和借鉴意义。
With the increasing of vehicles,the impact of motorcycle exhaust on air pollution is becoming a serious problem.However,regular emissions testing for motorcycles lacks online connectivity,making data unreliable and affecting test quality.Additionally,the diverse types of domestic and imported motorcycles pose challenges in selecting appropriate tachometers and sealing connections.This work proposes a key technical solution for data transmission based on the dual-idle method.The proposed technology encompasses the entire process of motorcycle emission testing,including the modular exhaust sealing system and the complete data transmission process.Currently,this technological solution has been implemented in the construction of a testing demonstration line in Shanghai,achieving automatic data transmission and demonstration applications.The experience gained from this technology provides valuable insights for pollution control in other cities,offering significant support and reference for emission regulation and improvement of environmental quality.
