基于信息加工的矿工应急能力评价方法及应用

摘要 为合理评价矿工应急能力,构建了矿工应急能力成熟度评价模型。首先,基于矿工应急能力信息加工模型,分析矿工处于危险情景时的危险信息感知、危险信息处理、选择判断决策、执行操作响应等信息加工过程及心理机制,进而构建矿工应急能力评价指标体系;其次,确定矿工应急能力评价的成熟度等级与基本特征,运用突变级数法表征矿工应急能力成熟度隶属函数值;最后,将该模型运用于陕西省某煤矿进行应用分析。结果表明:该煤矿综掘队作业人员在情景意识、联系能力及决策操作能力等方面表现较弱,需进一步培养提升;该模型评价结果能反映出矿工应急能力的真实水平与薄弱环节,可为提升矿工应急能力提供管理依据。 In order to evaluate miners’emergency ability reasonably,the evaluation model of miners’emergency ability maturity was established.Firstly,based on the information processing model of miners’emergency ability,the information processing process and psychological mechanism of miners’danger information perception,danger information processing,choice,judgment and decision,and operation response were analyzed,and then the evaluation index system of miners’emergency ability was constructed.Secondly,the maturity level and basic characteristics of miners’emergency ability evaluation are determined,and the membership function value of miners’emergency ability maturity is represented by mutation series method.Finally,the model is applied to a coal mine in Shaanxi Province.The results show that the workers of the coal mining team are weak in the aspects of situational awareness,connection ability and decision-making ability,which should be further cultivated and improved.The evaluation result of this model can reflect the real level and weak link of miners’emergency ability,and can provide management basis for improving miners’emergency ability.
