摘要
新建安庆至九江高速铁路建设条件复杂,总体设计中需引入系统工程设计、风险管理与全寿命周期设计思想,引入枢纽方案需综合考虑路网综合效益和枢纽格局;综合选线应以系统最优为目标,以工程安全为基准,兼顾技术经济合理性;接口设计需统筹考虑项目内部接口及衔接的多条建设时序不同线路的外部接口;基于铁路工程全寿命周期,贯彻设计为建设、运维服务理念,将风险管理贯穿勘察设计全过程。以系统功能最优为目标,在无砟轨道、桥梁细部设计、隧道全断面开挖等方面做了诸多设计创新,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The construction conditions of Anqing⁃Jiujiang High⁃speed Railway are complex.In the overall design of high⁃speed railway,it is necessary to introduce the ideas of system engineering design,risk management and life⁃cycle design.The introduction of the hub scheme requires whole consideration of the comprehensive benefits of the road network and the hub pattern.The comprehensive alignment should take the system optimization as the goal,the project safety as the benchmark,and consider both the technical and economic rationality.The interface design needs to take into account the internal interfaces of the project and the external interfaces of the connected multiple lines with different construction time sequences.Based on the full life cycle of the railway project,the article implements the concept of design for construction,operation and maintenance service,and puts risk management throughout the whole process of survey and design.Aiming at the optimization of system functions,many design innovations have been made in areas such as ballastless tracks,detailed design of bridges,and full section excavation of tunnels,and achieved good social and economic benefits.
