摘要
随着技术的不断进步和升级,我国建筑行业也加快了产业转型,推动着装配式建筑模式的普及和应用,进一步提高了施工的质量和施工的效率,也为建筑行业的可持续发展提供了强有力的技术支持。为了确保装配式建筑施工的质量,进一步加强施工方案的优化,有效地控制施工成本,践行绿色生态环保的施工方针,需要引入BIM技术来改善装配式建筑施工工作。笔者立足于装配式建筑施工,对BIM技术的优势展开了研究,并结合具体的案例探究该技术在施工过程中的具体应用,以期为建筑施工工作提供更多参考。
With the continuous progress and upgrading of technology,our country construction industry has also accelerated industrial transformation,promotes the popularization and application of assembly-type building mode,further improves the quality and efficiency of construction,but also provides strong technical support for the sustainable development of building industry.In order to ensure the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,further strengthen the optimization of construction schemes,effectively control construction costs,and practice the construction policy of green ecology and environmental protection,BIM technology needs to be introduced to improve the construction work of prefabricated buildings.Based on prefabricated building construction,this paper studies the advantages of BIM technology,and explores the specific application of this technology in the construction process combined with specific cases,in order to provide more references for building construction work.
