摘要
针对我国露天矿卡车运输中原煤运输与剥离运输之间存在的交叉问题,以及露天矿交叉点位置多变、地质条件复杂、矿用卡车荷载大、传统立交工程造价高等难题,开展露天矿立体交叉运输系统研究,并首次实现了在露天矿排土场区域建设适应松散地基的重载快速可移式桥梁,取代矿山不同吨位的矿车平面交叉,降低矿山交通安全事故并提高运输效率,为露天煤矿运输系统开创新的模式,为类似露天矿运输系统起到一定的示范作用。
In light of the intersection issue of raw coal transportation and stripping transportation in China's ope-pit truck transportation,as well as the frequent change of intersection location,complex geological conditions,heavy load of mine truck and the high cost of building of interchange project,a three-dimensional intersection system for open-pit mine is studied.The building of heavy-duty fast movable bridge suitable for loose soil foundation in the open soil-discharging site is realized to replace the plan intersection of truck of different tonnages,and to reduce mine traffic accident and improve transportation efficiency.The study has pioneered a new mode for the transportation system of open-pit mine,which is of a model role for open-pit mine's transportation system.
