摘要
目的分析特布他林雾化吸入联合肺力咳合剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及对粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、抗髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平的影响。方法选择2019年8月至2022年2月收治的90例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组在常规对症治疗基础上行阿奇霉素序贯疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予特布他林雾化吸入联合肺力咳合剂治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肺部湿啰音、咳喘、呼吸不畅、X线照射阴影、发热持续时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、潮气量(TV)、呼气峰流速(PEF)及第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及GM-CSF水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MPO、皮质醇(Cor)、半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阿奇霉素基础上实施特布他林雾化吸入联合肺力咳合剂可显著提治疗效果,缓解临床症状,改善炎症以及氧化应激指标水平,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with Feilike mixture in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influences on the levels of granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)and myeloperoxidase(MPO).Methods A total of 90 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from August 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of the admission number,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with Feilike mixture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration time of lung moist rales,cough and asthma,poor breathing,X-ray shadows and fever in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),tidal volume(TV),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukins-13(IL-13),C-reactive protein(CRP)and GM-CSF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MPO,cortisol(Cor)and cysteinyl leukotrienes(CysLTs)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of azithromycin,the implementation of terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with Feilike mixture can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,relieve clinical symptoms,improve inflammation and oxidative stress indexes levels,and has important clinical application value.
