摘要
该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、市场调研法等方法,对中国体育用品新零售模式的现状以及行业面临的挑战和人才培养路径选择进行研究。研究认为,中国体育用品新零售多场景发展,数字化助力突破行业发展瓶颈,并提升体育用品行业价值链空间。基于对人才现状的分析探讨得出数字人才供不应求、技术和行业经验兼具的复合型数字人才招聘难,以及企业人才数字化转型思路不清晰等问题。最后,从政、校、企三个角度对人才培养路径提出建议:政府不断完善顶层设计,加强政策引导;高校通过产学研多元协同推进实践平台建设;企业建立以体育用品新零售模式发展为导向的新型人才培养模式。
Using literature data,logic analysis,market research and other methods,the current situation of the new retail model of sports goods in China,the challenges facing the industry and the selection of talent training path are studied.The research believes that the new retail of sports goods in China will help break through the development bottleneck of the industry and improve the value chain space of the sports goods industry.Based on the analysis of the current situation of talents,it is concluded that the supply of digital talents is in short supply,the difficult recruitment of complex digital talents with both technology and industry experience,and the unclear thinking of digital transformation of enterprise talents.Finally,it puts forward suggestions on the path of talent cultivation from three perspectives:Othe government constantly improves the top-level design and strengthens policy guidance.②colleges and universities promote the construction of practice plaform through diversified cooperation of industry-university-research institutes.③and the enterprises establish a new talent training mode oriented by the development of the new retail model of sports goods.
