摘要
有氧适能是人体健康和机能水平及对社会适应能力的综合反映,该文对普通高中生进行了为期12周的快速伸缩复合练习干预实验,并对其进行了有氧适能指标测试,探讨12周快速伸缩复合练习对学生有氧适能的影响。该文采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法等多种方法进行研究,研究快速伸缩复合练习对学生有氧适能的影响。经过对实验组12周快速伸缩复合练习的干预,有氧适能得到有效提高,肺活量和阶梯性实验试验指标在实验前后的差异非常显著(P<0.01),且比非快缩复合练习组要好,说明12周快缩复合练习可以改善有氧适能。
Aerobic fitness is a comprehensive reflection of human health and function level and social adaptability.This paper conducted a 12 weeks rapid stretching compound exercise intervention experiment for ordinary high school students,and conducted an aerobic fitness index test to explore the impact of 12 weeks of rapid stretching compound exercise on students'aerobic fitness.This paper uses literature data method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to study the effect of rapid stretching compound exercises on students'aerobic fitness.After the intervention of 12 weeks rapid stretching compound exercise in the experimental group,aerobic fitness was effectively improved,and the differences between lung capacity and stepwise experimental test indicators were very significant before and after the experiment(P<0.01),and it was beter than the non-rapid stretching compound exercise group,indicating that the 12 weeks rapid stretching compound exercise could improve aerobic fitness.
