摘要
目的:探讨针刺结合熏洗治疗足部糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年12月—2022年12月上海市浦东新区泥城社区卫生服务中心门诊收治的94例足部糖尿病周围神经病变者,将其随机分为对照组(n=47)与研究组(n=47),给予对照组患者中药熏洗治疗,在对照组基础上给予研究组患者针刺治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为91.49%,高于对照组(74.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.605,P<0.05);研究组运动和感觉神经传导速度均高于对照组;研究组手足畏寒、肢体麻木、肢体痛积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.428、2.873、5.390,P<0.01);研究组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.610、3.898、5.418、5.119,P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合熏洗可改善足部糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度和血液流变学指标,缓解临床症状,提高总体疗效,可在临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation,wash,and acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of the feet.METHODS A total of 94 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of feet who were treated in our outpatient department from December 2019 to December 2022.They were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=47)and study group(n=47).The clinical efficacy of two groups were analyzed.RESULTS The total effective rate was significantly different of two groups(91.49%VS 74.47%,χ^(2)=6.605,P<0.05).The MNCV and SNCV were significantly different of two groups.The symptoms and indices of the study group,such as coldness in hands and feet,limb numbness,limb pain score,were significantly improved compared to the control group(t=3.428,2.873,5.390,P<0.01).The hemorheological indexes of study group were significantly improved compared to the control group(t=4.610,3.898,5.418,5.119,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation,wash,and acupuncture can improve nerve conduction velocity,hemorheological indexes,and relieve clinical symptoms in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of feet,and improve the overall efficacy,which can be widely used in cinical practice.
