摘要
化工机械装备是化工生产必不可缺的设施,由于化工生产的特殊性,部分元素可能会对设备存在一定的腐蚀性。因此,化工机械装备必须进行防腐处理,才能保证设备的稳定运行。重点研究防腐设计在化工机械装备的应用,首先,分析防腐设计的原理;其次,分析化工装备防腐设计的必要性;最后,分析防腐设计应用中存在的问题及对策,以供相关单位参考借鉴。
Chemical mechanical equipment is an essential facility for chemical production.Due to the particularity of chemical production,some elements may have certain corrosivity to equipment,so chemical mechanical equip⁃ment must undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure the stable operation of equipment.This article focuses on the application of anti-corrosion design in chemical mechanical equipment.Firstly,it analyzes the principle of anticorrosion design,then analyzes the necessity of anti-corrosion design in chemical equipment,and finally analyzes the problems in the application of anti-corrosion design and their countermeasures,for reference and models by rel⁃evant units.
