摘要
旨在通过循环水系统中水量、水压及水质要素对系统建设经济与技术影响的分析,对优化建设方案,选择合理的运行模式进行分析,用以节约项目前期建设投入。通过对相关研究资料的整理及查阅,结合自身的经验,首先对用水特点及常见的问题进行了简要的分析,随后从水量、水压及水质3个建设要素对发动机研制试验的影响进行了分析。由此得出:发动机研制试验基础设施建设中,需配套建设循环水系统。根据发动机研制试验本身用水特点,节省系统后期运行维护成本,减少因水系统运行质量造成的试验故障。
By analyzing the economic and technological impacts of the element such as water quantity,water pres⁃sure and water quality on system construction in a circulating water system,the article aims to analyze the optimiza⁃tion of the construction plan and the selection of a reasonable operating mode,so as to save investment in the early construction of the project.By the collation and review of relevant research data,combined with the author's own experience,this study first briefly analyzes the characteristics and common problems of water use,then analyzes the impact of the three construction elements of water quantity,water pressure and water quality on engine develop⁃ment tests,and concludes that in the infrastructure construction of engine development tests,it is necessary to build the circulating water system.Based on the water characteristics of the engine development test itself,the operation and maintenance costs of this system in the later stage are saved,and the test failures caused by the operation quality of the water system are reduced.
