以新质生产力推动钢铁产业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展 被引量:1

PROMOTING THE HIGH-END,INTELLIGENT AND GREEN DEVELOPMENT OF THE STEEL INDUSTRY WITH NEW QUALITY PRODUCTIVITY

摘要 中国钢铁工业正处于转型升级的关键时期,产业结构的优化和技术水平的提升是其显著特征。新质生产力的提出对钢铁工业高端化、智能化和绿色化发展起着至关重要的作用,为钢铁产业高质量发展提供了新的动力和方向。具体来看,钢铁产业需通过创新解决关键技术瓶颈,加强基础研究,提升产品竞争力,实现高端化发展。同时,应借鉴发达国家经验,实施自动化到智能化的发展战略,推进智能制造。为实现“双碳”目标,钢铁产业需减少对传统流程的依赖,发展新工艺技术,并分阶段确立研究重点,同时注重节能降碳减污的协同效应,推动全产业链的绿色转型和工艺革新,以实现可持续发展。 China's iron and steel industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and the optimization of industrial structure and the improvement of technical level are its significant features.The proposal of new quality productivity plays a crucial role in promoting the high-end,intelligent,and green development of the steel industry,providing new momentum and direction for the high-quality development of the iron and steel industry.Specifically,the iron and steel industry needs to address key technological bottlenecks through innovation,strengthen basic research,enhance product competitiveness,and achieve high-end development.Meanwhile,it should learn from the experience of developed countries,implement a development strategy from automation to intelligence,and promote intelligent manufacturing.To achieve the'dual carbon'goals,the iron and steel industry needs to reduce reliance on traditional processes,develop new process technologies,establish research priorities in stages,and focus on the synergistic effect of energy conservation,carbon reduction,and pollution reduction,promoting green transformation and technological innovation across the entire industrial chain to achieve sustainable development.
