摘要
采用铝酸盐水泥混凝土(aluminate cement concrete,CAC)配制超高性能混凝土(ultra-high performance concrete,UHPC),研究了其施工、力学、自由收缩、耐酸腐蚀等性能,并与硅酸盐(OPC)系UHPC性能进行比较。试验发现:相比于OPC系UHPC,CAC系UHPC在蒸汽养护后抗折抗压强度降低,但在常温养护下,1 d抗折抗压强度更高,自由收缩率更低,且在5%硫酸溶液中浸泡28 d后的质量损失更小。结果表明,CAC系UHPC具有优异的早强性能、抗开裂性能和耐酸腐蚀性能,但不适宜采用蒸汽养护,适用于酸性环境。
Aluminate cement concrete(CAC)is used to prepare ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC).The properties are examined including construction,mechanics,free shrinkage,and acid corrosion resistance.Compared with Silicate OPC-UHPC,the experimental results show that CAC-UHPC is lower in flexural and compressive strength after steam curing.But under the room temperature of 20℃,the 1-day flexural and compressive strength is higher with lower free shrinkage rate and less mass loss after 28-day immersion in 5%sulfuric acid solution.The results show that CAC UHPC has excellent performance of early strength,crack resistance and acid corrosion resistance.It is not suitable for steam curing but works well in acid environment.
