摘要
在引江原水夏季出现嗅味及国家对于嗅味指标严格要求的背景下,探索“多介质-活性炭-超滤”模块化物理净水工艺对引江原水中二甲基异莰醇的去除效果。结果表明,粉末活性炭对二甲基异莰醇的去除效果随其投加量的增加而逐渐升高,结合实际生产工艺情况,可在取水泵房前配水井处设置粉末活性炭投加点,吸附去除嗅味物质。“多介质-活性炭-超滤”模块化物理净水工艺可有效解决引江原水嗅味问题。
In the context of the existing odor issues in the summer of raw water from the Yangtze River and the strict national requirements of odor indicators,the removal effect of 2-MIB in the raw water from the Yangtze River was explored by the modular physical water purification process of“multi-media-activated carbon-ultrafiltration”.The results show that the removal effect of 2-MIB by powder activated carbon gradually increases with the increase of powder activated carbon dosage.Based on the actual production process,a powder activated carbon dosing point can be set at the water distribution well in front of the water intake pump room to adsorb and remove odor substances.The modular physical water purification process of“multi-media-activated carbon-ultrafiltration”can effectively solve the odor problem in the raw water from the Yangtze River.
