碳中和目标下黑龙江省林业产业低碳转型路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于黑龙江省碳排放和碳吸收现状,剖析碳中和与林业产业转型关系,从碳足迹、碳排放、碳吸收和低碳化4个维度设计黑龙江省林业产业低碳转型路径。结果表明:2019年黑龙江省有15210.54万t二氧化碳剩余排放量。林业产业转型将成为实现碳中和目标的有效手段之一,同时碳中和目标的实现也将进一步推动林业产业转型。因此,提出从森林资源持续有效供给、林业产业转型项目节能评估、林业碳汇项目有效展开以及生物质能源开发4个角度设计黑龙江省林业产业低碳转型路径,以期在碳中和目标下推进黑龙江省林业产业低碳转型。 In this article,low-carbon transformation path was designed from four dimensions that is carbon footprint,carbon emission,carbon absorption and low-carbon based on the current situation of carbon emissions and carbon absorption in Heilongjiang province,the relationship between carbon neutrality and forestry industry transformation were analyzed.The results showed that there are 152105400 tons of carbon dioxide remaining emissions in Heilongjiang Province in 2019.The transformation of forestry industry will become one of the effective means to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,and the realization of carbon neutrality will further promote the transformation of forestry industry.Therefore,in this article,the forestry industry low-carbon transformation path was disigned from four perspective which including sustainable and effective supply for forest resources,energy conservation assessment of forestry industry transformation project,effective implementation of forestry carbon sink project and biomass energy development to promote the low-carbon transformation of the forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province under the goal of carbon neutrality.
