摘要
黄芪作为食药同源类中药材,具有补气养血、通痹排脓生肌的功效,黄芪甲苷作为黄芪主要功能性成分之一,具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎、调节代谢、抗肿瘤等生理功能,通过对近年来黄芪甲苷生理功能研究进展进行综述,以期为黄芪甲苷在临床应用,黄芪在保健食品开发方面提供一定的理论参考。
Astragali radix,as a Chinese medicinal herb with the same origin as food and medicine,has the effects of tonifying qi,nourishing blood,unblocking obstruction,expelling pus,and promoting muscle growth.As one of the main functional components of Astragali radix,Astragaloside IV has physiological functions such as antioxidant,antibacterial,antiinflammatory,metabolic regulation,and anti-tumor.This article reviews the research progress on the physiological functions of Astragaloside IV in recent years,in order to provide a theoretical reference for its clinical application and the development of health foods.
