基于CDIO理念的“食品化学”课程思政设计与实施

摘要 文章将“CDIO”理念应用于“食品化学”课程的思政教学中,学生通过“食品化学”课程的思政教学活动,能够获得较高的食品科学专业素质和工程实践能力。基于CDIO理念的“食品化学”课程的思政教学,从“课程模块化、植入工程案例、理实一体化教学、企业实践”四方面进行。课程组教师依托于课程评价对思政评价进行量化,学生对思政的关注度和学习的积极性提高,终结性平均成绩和工程实践能力有了明显的提高。“食品化学”课程教学质量提高有利于人才质量的提高,实现了思想政治教育与知识体系教育的有效统一。 In this paper,the concept of“CDIO”was applied to the ideological and political teaching of the course of“Food Chemistry”.Through the ideological and political teaching activities of the course of“Food Chemistry”,students could obtain higher professional quality of food science and engineering practice ability.The ideological and political teaching of“Food Chemistry”based on CDIO concept was carried out from four aspects of course modularization,engineering case implantation,integration of theory and practice teaching and enterprise practice.Teachers in the curriculum group quantified the evaluation of ideological and political education by relying on the curriculum evaluation.Students’attention to ideological and political education and their enthusiasm for learning were improved,and their final average score and engineering practice ability were obviously improved.The improvement of the teaching quality of“Food Chemistry”was conducive to the improvement of the quality of talents,and realized the effective unity of ideological and political education and knowledge system education.
