技能大赛背景下食品理化检验技术实训教学改革的探索

摘要 探讨在职业院校技能大赛背景下,将专业课程与技能大赛有机融合,以食品理化检验技术课程实训教学为例,对接大赛要求和食品检测职业岗位群,从课程性质、教学任务、课程目标、实训课程、课程评价等方面构建“赛教融合”体系,推进“一实二练三贯通”实训教学新模式,提升专业教学质量,探索“课赛一体”多维育人路径,旨在为社会培育更多食品检测岗位的高素质技能人才,同时为相关专业课程的实训教学提供借鉴和参考。 Explore the organic integration of professional courses and skills competition in the context of vocational college skills competition.Take the practical training of food physical and chemical inspection technology courses as an example,connect with the requirements of the competition and the occupational position group of food inspection,and construct a“integration of competition and education”education model from the aspects of course nature,teaching tasks,course objectives,practical training courses,course evaluation,etc.By promoting the new model of“one practice,two practice,and three connections”practical teaching,the quality of professional teaching is improved,aiming to cultivate more high-quality skilled talents in food inspection positions for society,and to providie reference and guidance for the practical training of related professional courses.
