城市废弃铁路触媒活化要素量化分析

摘要 随着城市化加速,土地资源紧张,废弃铁路区域作为城市更新的重要资源,面临活化再生的挑战。本研究旨在通过触媒理论指导废弃铁路的活化再生,采用德尔菲法和网络分析法对大连机车厂废弃铁路触媒活化要素进行量化评估。结果显示,一级指标中场所功能要素权重最高,空间形态要素其次,感知意象要素最低。基于这些发现,本研究提出了城市、街区、节点三个尺度触媒活化再生策略,以促进城市可持续发展和文化遗产保护再利用。 With the acceleration of urbanization and the shortage of land resources,the abandoned railway area,as an important resource for urban renewal,is facing the challenge of revitalization and regeneration.The purpose of this paper was to guide the activation and regeneration of abandoned railways through catalyst theory,and to quantitatively evaluate the catalyst activation factors of abandoned railways in Dalian Locomotive Factory by using Delphi method and network analysis method.The results show that the weight of place function element is the highest,followed by spatial form element,and perceptual image element is the lowest.Based on these findings,a catalyst activation and regeneration strategy at three scales,including city,block and node,is proposed to promote the sustainable development of the city and the protection and reuse of cultural heritage.
