摘要
房地产企业是市场经济的核心组成部分,随着我国经济的快速发展,房地产企业间的关联及其信用风险溢出成为影响金融与社会稳定的重要风险源。深入理解房地产企业间的关联性和信用风险溢出现象,对指导宏观政策和微观决策具有重要意义,有助于推动社会经济的可持续发展。本研究基于文献分析法探究房地产企业间关联及其信用风险溢出,从房地产企业间的关联机制以及信用风险的测度和风险溢出等角度,深入审视现有研究,厘清了企业间两种最普遍的关联机制,强调了采用多层网络方法深化风险传导机制探索的必要性,并且从研究方向、研究方法以及数据基础3个角度提出了房地产企业关联与信用风险溢出的未来研究方向。本研究为房地产企业风险信用溢出的相关研究提供了一定的理论基础与方向指导,也可有效管控房地产企业风险、维护宏观经济平稳运行提供科学参考。
Real estate enterprises are a core component of the market economy,and with the rapid development ofChina's economy,the interconnections among real estate enterprises and their credit risk spillover are becoming significantsources of risk affecting financial and social stability.A deep understanding of the interconnections and credit risk spilloverphenomena among real estate enterprises is crucial for guiding macroeconomic policies and micro-decisions and isconducive to promoting the sustainable development of the socio-economy.Based on the literature analysis method,thisstudy explored the linkage between real estate enterprises and their credit risk spillover.From the perspectives of thelinkage mechanism between real estate enterprises,the measurement of credit risk and risk spillover,this research deeplyexamined the existing research,clarified the two most prevalent interconnection mechanisms between firms andunderscored the necessity of employing multi-layer network approaches to deepen the exploration of risk transmissionmechanisms.Furthermore,it outlines future research directions for the interconnectedness and credit risk spillover amongreal estate firms from three perspectives of research directions,methodologies,and data foundations.This study provided atheoretical basis and directional guidance for related research on credit risk spillover in real estate firms,offering ascientific reference for effectively managing these risks and maintaining macroeconomic stability.
