摘要
为描述考虑内、外圈复合故障角接触球轴承的振动特性,建立了角接触球轴承内、外圈复合故障时变位移激励模型;基于非线性Hertz接触理论,建立了角接触球轴承时变刚度模型;提出了考虑内、外圈复合故障的角接触球轴承动力学计算方法,研究了不同参数和工况条件下复合故障轴承的振动响应规律。研究结果表明:随着故障尺寸和轴承载荷的增大,复合故障轴承的振动特征频率不变,但其幅值增大;随着轴承转速的增大,复合故障轴承的振动特征频率及其幅值均增大;故障位置的变化将对复合故障轴承的振动特征产生很大影响,故障处越接近承载区,轴承的负载越大,振动特征越明显。
To describe the vibration characteristics of angular contact ball bearings with composite faults on inner and outer rings,a time-varying displacement excitation model for angular contact ball bearings with faults was established.Based on the nonlinear Hertz contact theory,a time-varying stiffness model for angular contact ball bearings was established.A dynamic calculation method for angular contact ball bearings considering composite faults on inner and outer rings was proposed,and the vibration responses of composite fault bearings under different parameters and operating conditions were investigated.The results indicate that as the fault sizes and the bearing load increase,the vibration characteristic frequency of the composite fault bearing remains unchanged,but its amplitude increases.As the rotational speed of the bearing increases,both the vibration characteristic frequency and amplitude of the bearing increase.The changes in the fault location will have a significant impact on the vibration characteristics of the bearing.The closer the fault location is to the load-bearing area or the greater the load on the bearing is,the more obvious the vibration characteristics are.
