SS智能喷雾系统在延迟焦化焦炭塔大吹汽上的工业应用

摘要 通过三种焦炭塔大吹汽工艺方案比选及综合评估,确定上海优华系统集成技术有限公司“SS智能喷雾系统”为大吹汽改造的最优技术路线。相较于传统焦炭塔大吹汽工艺和直通型水代汽工艺,不仅实现节约大吹汽蒸汽用量50%以上,削减蒸汽用量高峰及减排含硫污水的效果;而且使整个“以水代汽”过程智能化,利用PLC程序控制,确保蒸汽和水雾化成“微米级”小液滴,以“汽雾”的形式进入焦炭塔,由于进入的方式和速度更好缓和,确保“汽雾”能够均匀、缓慢地渗透到焦层中,避免局部过热和体积急剧变化,焦炭塔塔壁温降也更为均匀,应力影响明显减小,有力地保证了焦炭塔的长周期安稳运行。 After comparing and evaluating three coke tower steam blowing process options,it has been determined that the“SS Intelligent Spray System”from Shanghai Youhua System Integration Technology Co.,Ltd.represents the optimal technical approach for steam blowing modifications.Compared to the traditional coke tower steam blowing and direct water steam replacement processes,this system not only cuts steam consumption by over 50%during peak usage and reduces the emission of sulfur-containing wastewater;It also makes the entire“water-in-place of steam”process more intelligent,utilizing PLC control to ensure that steam and water are atomized into“micrometer-sized”droplets,entering the coke tower as a“vapor mist”format.This approach eliminates the risk of coke blockages due to local gasification and rapid volume expansion when water enters the coke layer,ensuring a more uniform cooling of the coke layer and significantly reducing the impact of temperature stress on the tower wall,thereby ensuring long-term,stable operation of the coke tower.
