摘要
在聚烯烃催化剂的球形载体制备过程中产生大量含白油/硅油的己烷废液(简称含油己烷),对其进行分离回收可有效降低催化剂制备的工艺成本。采用新型薄膜蒸发技术实现对含油己烷不同组分的回收,通过对蒸发温度、真空度和进料流量等参数进行系统研究,优化了己烷回收的工艺条件。实验结果表明,在伴热温度60℃,真空度50 kPa,进料流量10 g/min,蒸发温度150℃的条件下,薄膜蒸发的顶馏分中己烷含量达到99.68%(w),符合己烷回用标准。
In the preparation process of spherical carriers for polyolefin catalysts,a large amount of white oil/silicone oil-containing hexane was generated.By separating and recycling this solvent,the production cost of the catalyst can be effectively reduced.This paper proposed a novel film evaporation technology to recover different components of the oil-containing hexane.By systematically studying parameters such as evaporation temperature,vacuum degree,and feed rate,the hexane recovery conditions were optimized.The results indicate that under a 60℃tracing heat temperature,50 kPa vacuum degree,10 g/min feed rate,and 150℃evaporation temperature,the hexane content in the top distillate of membrane evaporation reaches 99.68%(w),meeting the standard of hexane reuse.
