摘要
运用便利抽样法,选取2023年10月上海某大学护理本科242名实习生作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、亲社会倾向量表、大学生可雇佣能力量表进行数据收集,并进行亲社会倾向与可雇佣能力的相关性分析。结果显示,护生亲社会倾向水平越高,其可雇佣能力越强,护理教育者应高度关注并科学提高护生的亲社会倾向水平,促进护生可雇佣能力的提升。
242 undergraduate nursing interns from a certain university in Shanghai in October 2023 were selected as the survey subjects with convenience sampling method.Data was collected by General Information Survey Form,Prosocial Tendency Scale,and Collegians'Employability Scale,and a correlation analysis was conducted between prosocial tendency and employability.The results show that the higher nursing interns'level of prosocial tendency,the stronger their employability.Nursing educators should pay more attention to and scientifically improve nursing interns'level of prosocial tendency to promote the improvement of their employability.
