甲壳框架结构混凝土施工工艺研究

摘要 甲壳框架结构具有免模、免撑、承载力高和抗震性能高的优点,采用工厂预制钢结构,是一种新型装配式框架结构。苏州市吴江区旺家南路南侧新建厂房及仓库项目的结构设计采用了创新的甲壳体系,包括甲壳柱、甲壳梁、钢次梁和钢筋桁架楼板,本文以该为工程实例,通过详细分析该项目的工程概况、施工流程、甲壳柱和梁的施工要点,楼承板的大跨度和平整度控制,以及混凝土裂缝的预防和处理方法,探讨了甲壳框架结构在现代城市工业建筑施工中的应用。工程实践结果表明:通过精确的施工管理,甲壳框架结构在施工空间受限的条件下,不仅提高了施工效率,还显著改善了建筑的整体质量,能有效解决传统施工中楼承板平整度控制的难题。 The crustacean frame structure has the advantages of no formwork,no support,high bearing capacity,and high seismic performance.It adopts a factory-prefabricated steel structure and is a new prefabricated frame structure.The structural design of the new factory building and warehouse project on the south side of Wangjia South Road in Wujiang District of Suzhou City adopts an innovative shell system,including shell column,shell beam,steel secondary beam and steel truss f loor.This paper takes this as an engineering example,through a detailed analysis of the project's engineering overview,construction process,construction points of crustacean columns and beams,large-span and f latness control of f loor slabs,as well as prevention and treatment methods for concrete cracks,the application of crustacean frame structure in modern urban industrial building construction is discussed.The research results indicate that through precise construction management,the crustacean frame structure not only improves construction efficiency under limited construction space conditions but also significantly improves the overall quality of the building,effectively solving the problem of controlling the f latness of f loor-bearing plates in traditional construction.
