摘要
医学机能学实验课程主要由生理学、药理学和病理生理学的实验部分融合而成,是高等医学教育的重要组成部分。中医药院校的医学机能学实验课程应具有中医特色。离体小肠平滑肌生理特性实验是重要的医学生理学、药理学实验,为研究药物的胃肠道作用机制提供了有效手段。附子可兴奋家兔离体小肠的自发收缩活动,尚无报道附子炮制前后对肠肌收缩活动的影响。文章在传统离体小肠生理特性实验的基础上,观察中药附子炮制前后对家兔离体小肠平滑肌自发性收缩频率和振幅的影响,结合微信公众号平台,实施多元化混合教学模式改革,以期为中医药院校机能学离体小肠生理特性实验的教学改革提供参考。
The experimental course of medical functional science is mainly composed of the experimental parts of physiology,pharma-cology and pathophysiology,which is an important part of high medical education.The experiment of physiological characteristics of small intestine smooth muscle in vitro is an important experiment of medical physiology and pharmacology,which provides an effective means to study the mechanism of drugs on gastrointestinal tract.The experimental courses of medical functional science in university of traditional Chinese medicine should have its own characteristics.Traditional Chinese medicine studies have shown that aconite can also stimulate the spontaneous contraction of rabbit intestine in vitro,but the effect of aconite processing on intestinal muscle contrac-tion has not been reported.In this study,biological function experiment system and constant temperature smooth muscle tank were used,and the influence of aconite processing on the spontaneous contraction frequency and amplitude of rabbit small intestine smooth muscle in vitro was observed on the basis of the traditional experiment on the physiological characteristics of small intestine smooth muscle in vitro.At the same time,diversified mixed teaching mode reform was carried out in combination with WeChat public plat-form.We hope to provide reference for the teaching reform of experiment on the physiological characteristics of small intestine in vitro of the medical functional science in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
