摘要
基底隔振技术作为解决轨道交通上盖建筑振动和噪声污染的有效措施,在国内项目中的应用并不广泛,尤其是局部隔振结构,目前尚无规范标准对其进行指导。以福州长乐区某轨道交通上盖建筑为背景,对比了非隔振结构、整体隔振结构以及不同比例局部隔振结构的抗震性能指标,得出局部隔振结构可以满足抗震设防要求,且小范围的局部隔振与非隔振结构抗震性能基本一致。通过动力时程分析,在罕遇地震工况下,局部隔振结构在隔振区相邻的非隔振竖向构件存在剪力增大较多的情况,需采取措施避免构件发生剪切破坏。
As an effective measure to solve the vibration and noise pollution of rail transit superstructure,the base isolation technology is not widely used in domestic projects,especially for local vibration isolation structure,for which there is no normative standard to guide it.Taking a rail transit superstructure in Changle District,Fuzhou,as a background,the seismic performance indexes of non-isolated structure,overall vibration isolation structure,and local vibration isolation structure with different ratios are compared,and it is concluded that the local vibration isolation structure can meet the requirements of seismic defense and the seismic performance of local vibration isolation in a small range is basically the same as that of the non-isolated structure.Through the dynamic time-course analysis,under the rare-earthquake condition,the adjacent non-isolated vertical members in the vibration isolation zone of the locally vibration-isolated structure have more shear force increase,and measures need to be taken to avoid the shear damage of the members.
