摘要
目的探究糖尿病伴牙周炎治疗中牙周基础治疗联合甘露饮对糖代谢指标的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年2月吕梁市人民医院收治的98例糖尿病伴牙周炎患者为研究对象,以随机摸球法分为两组,各49例。两组均行常规降糖治疗,对照组结合牙周基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合甘露饮治疗。比较两组糖代谢、牙周指标、炎症因子、生活质量。结果治疗1个月,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗1个月,研究组龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、附着丧失水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组各项炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴牙周炎治疗中应用牙周基础治疗联合甘露饮,能够降低患者血糖水平,改善牙周指标,降低炎症因子水平,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of periodontal basic therapy combined with Ganlu Drink on glucose metabolism indexes in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with periodontitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetes mellitus and periodontitis admitted to Lvliang People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group by random ball-touching method.Both groups received routine hypoglycemic treatment,the control group combined with periodontal basic treatment,and the study group combined with Ganlu Drink on the basis of the control group for treatment.Glucose metabolism,periodontal indexes,inflammatory factors and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the fasting blood glucose level and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,gingival index,sulcus bleeding index and clinical attachment level in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of various inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of periodontal basic therapy combined with Ganlu Drink in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with periodontitis can reduce the blood glucose level,improve periodontal indexes,reduce inflammatory factors levels and improve the quality of life of patients.
