摘要
目的 分析循证护理对手术室护理质量的影响。方法 便利选取2023年1—6月德江县人民医院进行手术治疗的86例患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。对比两种护理方法的效果。结果 护理前,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分为(34.03±2.52)分、(43.42±3.50)分,低于对照组的(36.37±2.61)分、(48.22±3.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.229、6.296,P均<0.05)。观察组纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 循证护理可提升手术安全性,促使患者的行为情况与心理状态得到改善,提升患者满意度,具有良好的效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing on nursing quality in operating room.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing surgical treatment in Dejiang County People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random drawing method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The effect of the two nursing methods was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(34.03±2.52)points and(43.42±3.50)points,which were lower than(36.37±2.61)points and(48.22±3.57)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.229,6.296,both P<0.05).The Newcastle Satisfaction With Nursing Scales score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the safety of surgery,promote the improvement of patients'behavior and psychological state,enhance patient satisfaction,and have good results.
