摘要
培养“知农爱农新型人才”是新时代涉农高校的重要使命和责任担当。河南牧业经济学院立足学校“牧工商”一体化办学定位,以“根植三农、聚焦融合”为核心,进行“农科通识+专业特色+微专业”多学科交叉融合人才培养方案开发,通过专业课程链、科教协同育人平台、校园文化生态等建设,融专业教育、课程思政与耕读教育于一体,“校企政会”与现代产业学院、技术研究院多方协同育人于一体,显性教育与隐性教育于一体,实现了“第一课堂”与“第二课堂”的深度融合,在“知行合一”“真题真做”中深化了学生知农爱农为农的价值塑造,为涉农高校知农爱农新型人才培养体系建设提供了依据和策略。
It is a critical mission and responsibility of agriculture-related colleges and universities in the new era to cultivate"knowing and loving agriculture new-type talents".Based on the school-running o-rientation of"animal husbandry,industry and commerce"integration,Henan University of Animal Hus-bandry and Economics takes"rooting in agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,focusing on integration"as the core to carry out the development of"agricultural general education+professional characteristics+micro-majors"multi-disciplinary cross-integration talent training program.Through constructing a professional curriculum chain,science and education collaborative education platform,campus cultural ecology,etc.,it has integrated professional education,curriculum ideological and political education,and farming and reading education,integrated"school-enterprise political meeting"and modern indus-trial colleges and technology research institutes;and integrated explicit education and implicit education.It has realized the deep integration of the"first classroom"and the"second classroom",deepened the value shaping of students knowing agriculture loving agriculture,and for agriculture in the"unity of knowledge and action"and"real work",and provided the basis and strategy for the construction of a new talent training system for agriculture-related colleges and universities.
