摘要
微小RNA(miRNA)是一类高度保守的非编码小RNA,在细胞生长、分化、发育和凋亡和多种疾病的发生、发展过程中起重要的调控作用。自从miRNA被发现至今,已经在各个系统疾病均有涉及。miRNA在疾病的早期诊断和治疗价值是近年来的研究热点。呼吸系统疾病严重危及中老年人群的健康,给社会和家庭带来沉重的经济负担。越来越多的研究表明,miR-483与呼吸系统疾病密切相关,包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌、肺结核、肺动脉高压等。本文介绍了miRNA的生物学特性、成分和功能以及研究态势,同时对miR-483的发展历史作了简单概述,进而阐述了miR-483在呼吸系统疾病的诊断和治疗方面的研究进展。希望为临床慢性呼吸系统疾病的诊疗带来新的思考。
MicroRNA(miRNA),a class of highly conservativenon-coding small RNA,play an important regulatory role in cell growth,differentiation,development,and apoptosis as well as in the onset and progression of many diseases.Since their discovery,miRNA have been involved in various disease areas.In recent years,the value of miRNA in early diagnosis and treatment of diseases has become a research hotspot.Respiratory diseases seriously jeopardize the health of middle-aged and old-aged people and brings a heavy economic burden to the society and families.A growing body of research shows that miR-483 is closely associated with respiratory diseases,including chronic obstructive disease,lung cancer,tuberculosis,and pulmonary hypertension.This review describes the biological properties,components,and functions of miRNA and the research trends;this article alsoprovides an overview of the development history of miR-483 and explores the latest research progress of miR-483 in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases,hoping to bring new thoughts to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases.
