情景模拟教学联合Mini-CEX在临床护理实践教学中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探索情景模拟教学联合迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)在临床护理实践教学中的应用效果,为护理应用型人才培养提供理论依据。方法选择2022年2一12月在锦州医科大学附属第一医院进行生产实习的80名护理本科生(以下称护生)为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,即试验组和对照组,每组40人,试验组实施情景模拟教学联合Mini-CEX方法,对照组实施传统教学方法,比较两组护生出科理论考试成绩和实践技能考试成绩以及Mini-CEX评分和教学效果满意度。结果试验组出科考试理论成绩和实践技能考试成绩均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组Mini-CEX评分和教学效果满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论情景模拟教学联合Mini-CEX在临床护理实践教学中的应用取得良好教学效果,可推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching combined with Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in practice teaching of clinical nursing,and provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of nursing practical pers-onnel.Methods 80 nursing undergraduates(hereinafter referred to as nursing students)who were selected for production practice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from February to December in 2022 were divided into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group,with 40 people in each group.The experimental group implemented scenario simulation teaching combined with Mini-CEX method,while the control group implemented traditional teaching method.The scores of theory examination and practical skills examination as well as Mini-CEX scores and teaching effectiveness satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory examination and practical skills examination of the experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Mini-CEX scores and satisfaction with teaching effect of the experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching combined with Mini-CEX in practice teaching of clinical nursing has achieved good teaching results and can be widely applied.
