摘要
目的了解健康中国视域下康复医学专业学生创新创业认知度与参与度现状,并探讨其存在问题和优化策略。方法采用便利抽样法,选取福建医科大学康复医学专业155名学生,运用自行设计的一般资料调查表和康复医学专业学生创新创业认知度与参与度问卷进行调查,了解其现状并采用多元回归分析法分析相关影响因素。结果155名学生参与调查,其中认知度均分为(38.20±4.66)分,参与度为(21.63±14.92)分。对自己所学专业的就业前景怎么看待和对自己所学所选专业是否满意这两个条目的认知度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),进入回归方程,共解释总变异的15.2%。年级和在大学是否担任(过)学生干部两个条目在参与度的得分上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),进入回归方程,共解释总变异的20.1%。认知度与参与度双变量相关性分析P<0.01,两者相关性均显著。结论健康中国视域下康复医学专业学生创新创业认知度与参与度有待提高,可通过完善创新创业教育体系,精准把握康复医学专业创新创业区域和重点人群,提升学生创新创业认知度和参与度,持续推进健康中国建设。
Objective To learn rehabilitation medicine students′status of innovation and entrepreneurship recognition and participation from the perspective of Healthy China,and to explore the existing problems and optimization strategies.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 155 students majoring in Rehabilitation Medicine from Fujian Medical University.A self-designed general information questionnaire and a questionnaire on rehabilitation medicine students′innovation and entrepreneurship recognition and participation were used to investigate the status.Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant influencing factors.Results 155 students participated in the survey,with an average recognition score of(38.20±4.66)score and a participation score of(21.63±14.92)score.There is a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the recognition scores of the two items of how to view the employment prospects of one′s major and whether one is satisfied with their major.When entering the regression equation,a total of 15.2%of the total variance is explained,and the difference in participation scores between the grade and whether one has served as a student leader in colleges is statistically significant(P<0.05).When entering the regression equation,a total of 20.1%of the total variance is explained.The bivariate correlation analysis between recognition and participation was P<0.01,and both correlations were significant.Conclusion From the perspective of Healthy China,the rehabilitation medicine students′recognition need to be improved.By improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,accurately grasping the innovation and entrepreneurship areas and key populations of rehabilitation medicine majors,enhancing students′recognition and participation in innovation and entrepreneurship,and continuously promoting the construction of Healthy China.
