案例教学法联合模拟伤员教学模式在战伤救治教学中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的 评价案例教学法联合模拟伤员设置在卫生专业士兵战伤救治教学中的教学效果与学习体验,探索提高卫生专业士兵战伤救治能力的新型教学方法。方法 采取前瞻性研究,依标准抽取武警部队各大单位卫生警士参加战伤救治(战救)技术培训,随机分为试验组与对照组,两组学员的教学目标与大纲设置完全一致,对照组采用常规授课方式进行,试验组采用案例教学法联合模拟伤员设置的授课模式进行。培训后两组学员均参加基于全军群众性战伤救治技术练兵活动考核实施细则、评分标准及题库抽组的战救理论考核与综合技能考核,并评估两组成绩的差异。最后设置调查问卷评价学员的学习体验。结果 试验组战救理论考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组战救综合技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组在课程内容设置、技术掌握自评、课堂参与度评价、总体满意度评价等各项指标上均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 案例教学法联合模拟伤员设置模式在战伤救治教学中可以提升学员学习兴趣,更好融入实战情景,激发独立自主思考,提高战伤救治能力,具有推广应用的价值。 Objective To evaluate the teaching effect and learning experience of case-based learning(CBL)combined with simulated patient settings in the teaching of tactical casualty treatment for health professional soldiers,and explore a new teaching method to improve the ability of war injury treatment for health professional soldiers.Methods In a prospective study,health non-commissioned officers from corps of the Armed Police Force were selected to participate in combat rescue technical training according to the criteria.And randomly divided into test group and control group.The teaching objectives and syllabus of the two groups were completely consistent.The control group was taught by conventional theoretical teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by CBL combined with simulated patients.After the training,both groups of trainees participated in the tactical casualty treatment theory test and comprehensive skills assessment which is randomly extracted from the implementation rules,scoring standards and question bank of the training activities of war wounded treatment technology of People's Liberation Army,then evaluated the difference between the two groups.Finally,a questionnaire was set up to evaluate the students' learning experience.Results The test group had higher performance than the control group in tactical casualty treatment theory test(P<0.05);the test results of the comprehensive skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group had higher interest and satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with simulated patients in the teaching of war wound treatment can enhance students' interest in learning,better integrate into actual combat scenes,stimulate independent thinking,and improve the ability of war wound treatment,and have the value of popularization and application.
