摘要
目的:探讨健康信念模式(HBM)联合震荡呼气正压训练(OPEP)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年8月本院收治的86例COPD稳定期患者为研究对象.根据干预方式将其分为观察组(n=42,给予HBM联合OPEP干预)和对照组(n=44,给予常规健康教育联合OPEP干预),对两组均干预至出院.采用统计学分析方法,对两组患者一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、肺功能指标、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分进行比较.结果:干预后,两组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速(PEF)、GSES评分,均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者CAT评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:HBM联合OPEP可改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能,提高患者自我效能感和生活质量.
Objective:To explore the application effect of health belief model(HBM)combined with oscillating positive expiratory pressure training(OPEP)in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 86 patients with stable COPD in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected in this study.According to intervention measures,they were divided into observation group(n=42,received HBM combined with OPEP)and control group(n=44,received routine health education combined with OPEP intervention).Both groups were intervened until discharge.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,lung function index and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)score were compared between the two groups by statistical method.Results:After intervention,the GSES scores,the first second forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,and maximum expiratory flow rate of both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The CAT scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HBM combined with OPEP can improve lung function,self-efficacy,and quality of life in stable COPD patients.
