摘要
激光熔覆层作为一种先进技术被广泛地运用到各种金属零件上。这篇文章全面回顾了激光熔覆Stellite合金的各种特性,并对国内外关于Stellite合金的研究进展进行了详细的概述。所进行的分析涵盖了Stellite合金的材料系统、制造工艺参数以及其在工业中的应用。此外,还对各种熔覆层的微观结构和特性进行了深入分析,并阐述了激光熔覆钴基合金所面临的核心挑战,同时也给出了相应的优化建议。并对当前的研究空缺进行了梳理,对未来可能的研究趋势进行了探讨。
Laser cladding is widely used in various metal parts as an advanced technology.In this paper,the properties of laser coated Stellite alloys are reviewed in detail,and the research progress on Stellite alloys at home and abroad is reviewed in detail.The analysis covered Stellite alloy material systems,manufacturing process parameters and their applications in industry.In addition,the microstructure and properties of various cladding layers are analyzed in detail,and the key challenges of laser cladding cobalt-based alloys are described.The current research vacancies are combed and the possible future research trends are discussed.
