摘要
面向国家社会、世界科技以及经济产业对卓越人才的需求,工程训练中心作为工程教育实施的主战场,承担着高等院校落实具体人才培养方案的重要使命,通过吸取国内外知名高校工程教育经验,结合学校特点,突破中心原有架构,重构和重塑工程训练中心实践教学体系,以卓越工程素养、文化教育和领军人才培养为目标,建设多学科交叉的大工程中心。围绕大工程中心建设目标,从一流实践教学平台、全新实践课程体系以及新型科产教基地3个方面,详细阐述基础工训实践平台、大工程仿真平台、大工程实践平台及重大竞赛4大平台的建设内容和建设方案;构建“厚基础-分层级-大综合”的工程实践课程体系,将工程训练中心建设成为国内一流的工程创新实践基地。
Oriented to the needs of state and society,the development of science and technology,and the economic industry for outstanding talents,the Engineering Training Center,as the main field for the implementation of engineering education,undertakes the important mission of universities to implement talent training programs.Therefore,by absorbing the engineering education experience of well-known universities at home and abroad,combining the characteristics of Shanghai University,we break through the original structure of the center and reconstructs the Engineering Training Center of Shanghai University.We reshape the engineering training practice teaching system,and construct a multidisciplinary grand engineering center with the goal of outstanding engineering literacy,cultural education,and training of leading talents.Centering on the construction goal of the grand engineering center,the construction content and construction scheme of the basic engineering training practice platform,the large engineering simulation platform,the large engineering practice platform and the major competition platform are elaborated from three aspects:the first-class practical teaching platform,the new practical curriculum system and the new science,industry and education base.Finally,the Engineering Training Center of Shanghai University is built into a first-class engineering innovation practice base in China,and the engineering practice curriculum system of“solid foundation-hierarchical-comprehensive”is built.
