摘要
目的:探讨无缝护理对女性白内障手术患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量及护理质量的影响。方法:选择2022年8月至2023年6月60例女性白内障手术患者,采取随机数字表法,随机分为对照组30例和研究组30例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施无缝护理。比较两组术前1d、术后1d和出院前的焦虑状态、睡眠质量,评价眼科手术室护理质量。结果:两组术前1d焦虑状态和睡眠质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后1d、出院前状态焦虑评分、特质焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后1d、出院前睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术前准备、基础护理、护患配合、医护配合、术后转运的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无缝护理可改善女性白内障手术患者的焦虑状态,提高睡眠质量和护理质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of seamless nursing on anxiety state,sleep quality and nursing quality in female patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods:60 female patients with cataract surgery,selected from August 2022 to June 2023,were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)by random number table.The control group received routine care,while the study group received seamless care.Anxiety state and sleep quality were compared on the first day before surgery,the first day after surgery,and before discharge in the two groups,and nursing quality of ophthalmic operating room was evaluated.Results:There were no statistically significant difference in anxiety status and sleep quality on the first day before surgery in the two groups(P>0.05).The state anxiety scores and trait anxiety scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group on the 1st day after surgery and before discharge(P<0.05).The scores of SRSS and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the study group were lower than those in the control group on the 1st day after surgery and before discharge(P<0.05).The scores of preoperative preparation,basic nursing,nurse-patient cooperation,medical-nursing cooperation,and postoperative transportation in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing can improve anxiety state,and improve sleep quality and nursing quality in female patients undergoing cataract surgery.
