摘要
针对复杂装备装配工艺MBOM构建时工艺知识重用度不够、流程繁琐,效率低下等问题,提出基于工艺知识模板的MBOM智能构建方法。定义改进的“EBOM-MBOM”工艺设计模式,设计知识驱动的MBOM智能构建流程。定义标准工艺设计概念实体和实体间关系的数据模式,基于规则对历史装配工艺设计案例文档进行知识抽取,构建标准工艺知识图谱,形成标准工艺模板库。基于图相似度进行装配工艺模板的匹配,对经典WL图核算法进行改进,提高匹配精度。最后以无人机典型部件工艺设计对方法的可行性和有效性进行了应用验证。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient reuse,cumbersome process and low efficiency in the construction of MBOM in complex equipment assembly process,an intelligent construction method of MBOM based on process knowledge template is proposed.The improved"EBOM-MBOM"process design pattern is defined and the knowledge-driven intelligent process of MBOM construction is designed.The data mode of standard process design concept entities and the relation between entities are defined.Knowledge is extracted from historical assembly process design case documents based on rules.Standard process knowledge maps are constructed,and standard process template libraries are formed.Based on the graph similarity,the assembly process template is matched,and the classic WL graph core algorithm is improved to improve the matching accuracy.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by the process design of typical UAV components.
