摘要
目的:优选水三七的最佳切制工艺。方法:以总皂苷、浸出物含量为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法考察加水量、浸润时间、烘干温度、烘干时间对水三七饮片质量的影响,优选出水三七的切制工艺参数。结果:水三七最佳软化切制工艺为加1.4倍量水,浸润14.5 h,切成5~6 mm的短段,70℃干燥5.5 h。结论:优选得到的水三七切制工艺合理可行,可为规范水三七的切制工艺提供科学依据。
Objective:Optimize the best cutting process of Rhizoma Schizocapsae.Methods:The Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to investigation the effects of water addition,infiltration time,drying temperature and drying time on the quality of Rhizoma Schizocapsae decoction pieces,and to optimize the cutting process parameters of Rhizoma Schizocapsae.Results:The best softening and cutting process of Rhizoma Schizocapsae is to add 1.4 times the amount of water,infiltrate 14.5h,cut into 5~6mm short segments,and dry for 5.5 h at 70℃.Conclusion:The optimized cutting process of Rhizoma Schizocapsae is reasonable and feasible,which can provide scientific basis for regulating the cutting process of Rhizoma Schizocapsae.
