基于抗氧化活性百合提取工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Process of Lilium Lancifolium Thunb Based on Antioxidant Activity

摘要 目的:研究百合抗氧化活性成分及其制备工艺。方法:采用热回流提取法制备百合提取物,以抗氧化活性为筛选指标,正交试验法优选百合提取工艺;DPPH法和羟自由基清除法评价百合提取物的抗氧化能力;比色法检测百合多糖、黄酮、多酚含量;对百合抗氧化活性与多糖、黄酮、多酚成分进行相关性分析。结果:百合抗氧化物质的最佳提取条件为溶剂20%乙醇、固液比1∶12、提取时间100 min,百合对DPPH自由基的清除率为88.2%,百合对DPPH自由基的能力与黄酮呈显著强正相关。结论:百合具有较强的抗氧化活性,主要活性成分是黄酮。 Objective:To study the antioxidant active ingredients and preparation process of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.Methods:Lilium lancifolium Thunb was extracted by the heat reflux method.The antioxidant activity was chosen as the screening index,and the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test.The antioxidant effect of Lilium lancifolium Thunb were evaluated by DPPH and Hydroxyl radical scavenging methods.The content of polysaccharides,flavonoids and polyphenols of Lilium lancifolium Thunb were determined by colorimetric method.And correlation analysis were studied between antioxidant activity and polysaccharides,flavonoids,polyphenols by heat map.Results:The optimal extraction parameters of Lilium lancifolium Thunb were 20% ethanol,solid-to-solvent ratio of 1∶12(g/mL),extracting time of 100 min.The scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals was 88.2%,which was significantly positively correlated with flavonoids of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.Conclusion:Lilium lancifolium Thunb showed strong antioxidant activity,and the main active ingredients were flavonoids.
