摘要
文章基于镂空葫芦工艺品的结构特点,针对其加工难点和加工效率低等问题,制订零件的加工方案,并设计关键区域的加工工艺,探讨切削参数对加工的影响。使用JDSoft Surf Mill8.0软件进行数控程序编制,在JDSmartCNC500E-DRTD五轴加工中心完成零件加工。结果表明,使用该工艺方案不仅能保证零件的加工质量,而且可以提高生产效率,实现小批量生产。
Based on the structural characteristics of the hollowed-out gourd craft,aiming at the problems of its machining difficulties and low machining efficiency,this paper formulates the machining scheme of parts,designs the machining process of key areas,and discusses the influence of cutting parameters on machining.JDSoft Surf Mill8.0 software is used for NC programming,and parts machining is completed in JDSmartCNC500E-DRTD five-axis machining center.The results show that the use of this process can not only ensure the machining quality of the parts,but also improve the production efficiency and achieve small batch production.
