离心式机械扩孔造穴装备在矿井瓦斯治理中的应用

摘要 为提高矿井瓦斯钻孔对煤体的增透卸压效果,提升瓦斯抽采体积分数,通过优化机械造穴装备,合理确定施工参数,并与水力冲孔方法进行对比研究,优化得出扩孔刀刀臂的最小打开转速不小于100 r/min,最佳割煤转速为150~160 r/min的参数。通过试验比对,采用机械扩孔造穴方法相较于水力冲孔造穴方法在冲孔泵提供低压条件下也可完成造穴工作,时长可缩短近一半。经过2组钻孔瓦斯抽采量采集实测,在40 d的抽采周期内,机械扩孔造穴方法比水力冲孔造穴方法累计抽采纯量增加8317.3 m^(3),平均单孔抽采纯量提高1663.46 m^(3),抽采效果更加显著。 In order to improve the anti-reflection and pressure relief effect of the mine gas drilling on the coal body and improve the concentration of gas extraction,the construction parameters were reasonably determined by optimizing the mechanical hole-making equipment,and compared with the hydraulic pouching method.The minimum opening speed of the reamer arm was not less than 100 r/min,and the optimal coal cutting speed was 150~160 r/min.Through the experimental comparison,the mechanical reaming method could also complete the hole-making work under the low pressure condition provided by the punching pump compared with the hydraulic punching method,and the duration could be shortened by nearly half.Then,through the collection and measurement of gas extraction volume in two groups of drillings,in the 40-day extraction cycle,the cumulative extraction volume of the mechanical reaming method was 8317.3 m^(3) higher than that of the hydraulic punching method,and the average single-hole extraction volume was 1663.46 m^(3) higher,and the extraction effect was more significant.
